Policies
With all the fun of a hair appointment, I do have a few policies in place to make everything easier to access and understand between myself and you, the client!
I do have a service agreement that I have all clients complete. This service agreement explains payment methods and refunds, as well as a few small details included in my business.
I do have cancellation and late policies, which you will find once an appointment is booked. A credit card number is required to book an appointment. You will be asked to read and acknowledge these policies at the time of booking. Those policies are as follows:
If you cancel or reschedule in less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee for a cancellation or a $25 fee will be added to your rescheduled appointment cost.
If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. Due to this, you will have the above $25 fee added to your rescheduled appointment time.
If the scheduled service results in a no-call, no-show, 50% of the quoted cost will be charged to the credit card left on file.
