With all the fun of a hair appointment, I do have a few policies in place to make everything easier to access and understand between myself and you, the client!

I do have a service agreement that I have all clients complete. This service agreement explains payment methods and refunds, as well as a few small details included in my business.

I do have cancellation and late policies, which you will find once an appointment is booked. A credit card number is required to book an appointment. You will be asked to read and acknowledge these policies at the time of booking. Those policies are as follows:

  • If you cancel or reschedule in less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee for a cancellation or a $25 fee will be added to your rescheduled appointment cost.

  • If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. Due to this, you will have the above $25 fee added to your rescheduled appointment time.

  • If the scheduled service results in a no-call, no-show, 50% of the quoted cost will be charged to the credit card left on file.
